POLICIES
As we are in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, I am currently offering indoor virtual group and training sessions. By client request, I will offer indoor personal training sessions.

For Personal Training Bookings, Clients MUST commit to at least 1 full month of training. NO exceptions.
Payments
Effective 9/1/2021
For the 1 + 1 Monthly package booking of the applicable Pricing Plan is required once your service is booked.

If you wish to use an alternate payment such as Cash-App, there will be a 1.5% transfer fee added to your total

In the event that I (the trainer) cancels or is unable to provide you your service, you will be refunded your money for any given session

Cancellation Policy
Cancelling or Rescheduling a 1+1 session MUST be discussed no later than 24 hours before your session.
If you agree to a time and date and cannot meet during this time or date, I must be notified within a 24 hour window. A reschedule is not always guaranteed but can be discussed.

If you cancel after the 24 hour window, there will NOT be a refund issued to any client utilizing any 1+1 training service provided.

Late Policy
If 10 mins late, a late fee of $5 will be applied to any client utilizing any In-Person 1+1 training service provided.
