Welcome to Engineered4Fit, LLC. I am excited to share a little about me with you all.  I have always been active growing up, engaging in sports like swimming and dancing (yes, I believe dance is a sport!) When I got to college, I continued to dance but I wanted to supplement my dance “workouts” with a more routine fitness regimen. At the time, I didn’t know what this meant for me, but I decided to try going to the gym. After much trial and error, I found myself falling more and more in love with that #gymlife. In 2018, after graduating from the University of Maryland with my degree in Bioengineering, I decided to embark on the journey to become a Certified Personal Trainer as well. Fast forward to today, fitness has become my therapy! I can spend hours in the gym without even realizing it, trying new exercises, equipment and routines. Now I know that  everyone won’t necessarily want to spend that much time in the gym as a part of their daily regimen so I have worked hard to provide you all with the guidance to get just as an effective workout in a shorter amount of time , if you chose. It is my goal with E4F to inspire you all to push pass your limits and become the best versions of yourselves!

My goal is to encourage others through the world of fitness, I want you all to know that through discipline, consistency, and hard work you can achieve your goals. Ultimately, I want to serve as an example of a how a healthy lifestyle can enhance all aspects of your life! As changes in our physical appearance is what brings most people to fitness for the first time, I will show you that fitness can serve as a mechanism of growth in your mental and emotional health as well! I am pleased to work with each and every one of you. I will be there to push you when you may want to give up and to encourage you along your journey. Whatever the reason, you came to my site, I am happy to help you along the way! Let’s get to work!
