Real Experiences, Stunning Results
I’ve been working out with Deja for several months. My body has toned tremendously. Deja is tough and pays serious attention to details to ensure I’m performing the exercise correctly. This has made a difference in my results. Working out on my own, I realize I was doing some exercises incorrectly and wasn’t getting the results I see now!
I started virtual group workout sessions with Deja 3 months ago and it has been amazing! I am someone who needs motivation to workout, so having a group of people to hold you accountable as well as having Deja there to watch what I’m doing has been extremely beneficial. What I’ve enjoyed most is that every session is different and by the end of the week, I have worked on upper body, lower body and cardio! Overall, I’ve seen improvements in my strength and flexibility, I have a lot more energy day to day, and have been able to tone up my abs, legs, and glutes.
Deja was phenomenal! Her workouts made me excited and gave me something to look forward too everyday. While they were challenging, there was nothing I felt like I couldn’t do. She made sure we knew the benefits of each exercise, as well as ensured we were doing them correctly to maximize results. I have seen tremendous results and I’ve never loved the way I looked so much. Highly recommend!
